- Hike to the district TSNAP (previously required to go to the housing office) for registration your registration.
- Writing the application and execution of the remaining documents.
- Passport with a stamp you can get there on its own, the next collection day.
For you, it is absolutely safe – you pay the landlord services only after registration of documents on your desk.
Note that the registration process is completely transparent to you – you do not need anyone to give incomprehensible passport, power of attorney to dispose of your documents, etc. (as may require more).
You can be absolutely sure that you have a stamp in the passport of a real, not a “drawing”.
