1. Meeting with the landlord. Optionally, you can check his documents, to ask any questions.
  2. Hike to the district TSNAP (previously required to go to the housing office) for registration your registration.
  3. Writing the application and execution of the remaining documents.
  4. Passport with a stamp you can get there on its own, the next collection day.

For you, it is absolutely safe – you pay the landlord services only after registration of documents on your desk.

Note that the registration process is completely transparent to you – you do not need anyone to give incomprehensible passport, power of attorney to dispose of your documents, etc. (as may require more).

You can be absolutely sure that you have a stamp in the passport of a real, not a “drawing”.
